The subject matter on my daily way of life, adjustments and even from path to path. These days I had been thinking of enthusiasm. I have added ‘Life Enthusiast’ to a few of my networking sites. Therefore today I questioned myself, ‘what does this mean?’ Exactly how do you be or even become a life enthusiast. How does it really feel? How do I include this today? And this is what I have learned.

I love to live with an exclamation purpose. Where simply getting up in the each morning, the thought of a brand new day and being alive thrills me. I fill up with such joy and happiness dealing with my daily morning gratitude. Just how much I have to be thankful for! Here is what being a life enthusiast means to me:

Purpose #1: Becoming an enthusiast implies being grateful for every day. For every opportunity. For the people I meet. For possibilities to grow and learn. For being alive, within this body, on this earth, enclosed by beauty.

Purpose #2: Discovering beauty in the world, even particularly items we have consider normal. To include beauty myself. To feel and tell myself I am beautiful. And more importantly to allow other people shine in their unique beauty as well.

Purpose #3: Be compassionate. Handle others the way you would like to be treated. One of the biggest gifts you can give someone else is to allow them to be themselves. Don’t try to make an impression on me; I already think you’re perfect. Just like you are this moment. You don’t even have to talk or even get dressed or drive a fancy car. You’re already perfect and I already love you.

Purpose #4: Laugh! Pass along a kind, genuine smile, it’s simple. Laugh, passionately. How relaxing it is to laugh. Occasionally I’ll go a little bit without a soul warming laugh, so when I allow one out it is so freeing. ‘Why don’t I do that all the time?’ is what I believe to myself. Allow other people join in on your joy. Compliment. Don’t just say something because you think you should say something good, mean it. If you’re think about something say it, it’s not difficult, quit limiting yourself. ‘I like your hair,’ ‘you look beautiful today, “you have the best energy’. What about ‘have an excellent day, an awesome weekend, and an incredible trip.’ Wish others well, tell them you care, that you see all of them, that you love all of them. The simplest one of all, ‘thank you.’ From here you can improve and expand. ‘Thanks for being here.’ ‘Thanks for your generosity.’ ‘Thank you for being you.’

Purpose #5: Be Happy. Make the choice to be happy. It’s a lifetime commitment, every day reaffirm your choice. This bodily experience is short-term. You never know when it is going to end. You have the choice of just how your experiences feel. Would you rather be miserable or happy? It doesn’t have to be obnoxiously in your face happy. Life throws you difficulties, however thinks about your response to these problems. Life is really perception. Our personal individual views of the world around us. Challenges are a chance for us to be creative. Use your wonderful imaginations and deep dig to listen to our intuition. Go with the flow and waves of life. Learn and grow from each experience. Become better and better. The world requires happy people, provide what it desires, be content within this moment that you have as much as necessary and life will be alright. Stop reaching beyond and sit in this moment. Really be there. Hear, touch, feel and taste the world surrounding you. Breathe in it in and let it be enough. Allow yourself be enough.

Purpose #6: Dancing. When I discovered dancing is much like full-body vulnerability. Therefore, true. Express yourself and let go at times. Experience the moment. Let others see. You can’t do it wrong, it is your feelings. It’s you and you are perfect. Be vulnerable in general. Don’t hesitate to be yourself. To dress in a different way. To sing. To paint. To write. Express and share your story and what’s in your heart. Other people may criticize however really we value others who are weak, although we’re often scared to be vulnerable ourselves. Allow your beautiful self be seen. You are exclusive, don’t throw it away, rise and shine!

Purpose #7: Love! It might be cliché, yet truly I’ve figured out love is all there is and it’s always a choice. Exactly like joy and happiness, we are able to choose to love. Don’t be afraid to love yourself and to love others. When it’s not there, worries creep in, judgement, anger and, jealousy shows up. Be a beacon for love and brighten up this life.

Purpose #8: BE! Biggest lesson I learned was the power of just being. It appears so simple, but how many of us have perfected just being. We’re living in rewind or fast-forward. We’re looking around for something else. Trying. Striving to prove to our-selves. To make something of our lives. To make an impression on others. To be considered as perfect. To have the dream life. We’re so busy organizing our everyday life and ensuring our futures (when we’ll actually live our lives) we forget to do it now. Live now. Be present now. That’s all there is. The future is not guaranteed. We are all going to die. It’s inescapable. After birth, all of us head towards death. This is our one chance. Why waste it? Live your life now.

I admit occasionally I slip on a few of these factors; however I am constantly striving for them. Striving to be better and to be present. To enjoy this beautiful life, and when I do pass over I’ll know I lived and loved every moment of it.

I would love to hear from you. Please send me an E-mail or connect with me on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Google +

Love always.

  1. Well said. Numbers 3 and 4 specifically are very important in my life. We all need a helping hand or a sympathetic ear from time to time – and a good laugh as often as possible. I love your positive attitude, keep up the good work.
